Calibrating current meters

The Czech Calibration Station of Current Meters is a calibration laboratory accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute. The accredited activity is the calibration of propeller-type current meters and other current meter instruments (electromagnetic and ultrasonic) used for certified measurement of water flow velocity and for subsequent calculation of water flow in natural and artificial channels, in the ranges of nominal temperature 1–26 °C and water flow velocity 0.02–7.00 m/s. Details about the history of the station, founded in 1930, and its unique technical parameters can be found in here.
