Hydraulics, surface water modeling
We deal with specialized issues of surface and groundwater hydraulics, as well as physical and mathematical modelling of surface water movement. We focus on the study of water flow in natural and artificial environments, as well as on the development and application of methods for measuring and monitoring water movement parameters in watercourses, reservoirs, and the bedrock environment. Our activities range from experiments on the accuracy of measuring water flows on small straight-edged spillways printed on 3D printers, to physical modelling on unique physical models at a scale of 1:70, reaching sizes up to several tens of metres. Last but not least, we do expert surveys and assessments.
